Program

If you still have questions, please contact us. Fill out our application form and submit it to us at least 45 days before you intend to come to Hawaii.

After you have received notification from us that you have been accepted into the program. When we have confirmed your acceptance into the program (after application acceptance and the receipt of initial fee and deposit), please make airline reservations. Remember that the first part of our Study Tours adventure will begin on either Maui, Kauai, or theBig Island of Hawaii.

Making Arrangements

For example, if you are coming from Japan you will book a flight from Japan to Honolulu and then from Honolulu to an outer island (like Maui). The island of Oahu is where the core of our study excursions take place. Remember that our Study Tours start dates and meeting times are firm, so make sure that you book your flight so that you arrive the day before to give you time to acclimatize to your new surroundings. We will have hotel accommodations booked for you in advance on the outer island. There is never a charge for our booking outer island accommodations for you.

There is never a charge for our booking outer island accommodations for you. It is important that everyone is located in the same hotel. Sharing a room is a lot cheaper, but some students like their privacy. If you do not want to share a room, then there is an added expense that must be paid at the time you check into the hotel. Please let us know at the time of acceptance into the program if you do not want to share a hotel room.
